If you prefer to go it alone, we are able to carry out an inspection of your property and present you with a written report on what we see is needed to present your property at its fullest potential. Reports start from $175 for a 2 bedroom home.
We have a selection of accessory packages to suit all rooms in your home, starting from $135 per room. These packages are designed to complement your existing furniture pieces.
Furniture packages start from $1,800 for a 3 bedroom, 1 living area home for a 4 week rental period. Rental extensions are charged at 15% of the package cost, per week or as negotiated for longer terms. Price includes delivery, installation and collection.
Moving house can be a very stressful time. We enjoy connecting with families who are relocating to assist them in finalising all the details associated with preparing a home for sale whilst juggling a move. We have a network of people from gardeners to cleaners to maintenance experts who work with us to ensure your property is ready for sale.
Should you vacate your property before it is sold, we offer a 'check up' service to ensure your home is ready for inspections.

This 1 hour consultation at your home will provide you with the framework to achieve your goals. Make sure your device or pen is handy to take notes as advice and guidance is verbal. Reasonable levels of telephone or email 'calls for help' are free.

Following the initial consultation, you are able to draw on our range of services as and when needed at a set hourly rate. Rate is dependent on support needed.
